Free Trial
All plans include a 3-day free trial. No charge is made until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
Refund Eligibility
If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to the platform and we are unable to resolve it within 48 hours, you are eligible for a full refund of your most recent payment.
How to Request
Email neil.ab.work999@gmail.com with your account email and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 1 business day.
Non-Refundable
Subscription fees already processed are non-refundable outside the above circumstances. One-time setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding has begun.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. No further charges will be made after the current period ends.
